the new cwr 300 has some different porting this year, our 420 cam, stock stroke of 65.5 and a 76mm cwr race piston.
i completely removed all of the reverse parts and plugged up the case holes. saved about 4 pounds
lightend up the flywheel as much as i can for the high revs and did the cwr thermal coatings and slippery coatings to all moving parts in side the motor.
the result? i was told it was quicker then the 350cc motor that he still has and way faster then the old 300 motor.
here some pics, this is a whole new motor i had laying around, it is not his old 350cc motor. he has that for the other series he will be running in, the national rules state an air cooled 300cc or less motor in the youth class he will be in.
